Louisville Slugger CB82X Exo Grid -3 Composite Hybrid Baseball Bat is made with carbon composite inserts. Metal is trimmed in a grid pattern, then replaced with carbon composite inserts that are several times stronger and lighter than the metal they replace. The Louisville Exo Grid's one piece construction ensures maximum strength and gives you better performance.

The internal carbon composite sleeve is the heart of the Louisville Exo Grid bat, providing greater handle stiffness than aluminum alone ever could. Unidirectional fibers run the full length of the handle. The exclusive Bi/Fusion process uses a combination of heat and extreme pressure to bond the sleeve, inserts and wall making them function as a single unit.

This Louisville TPX Exogrid adult bat also features ST+20 Alcoa alloy which is the toughest bat alloy available today. The stiff handle produces more barrel flex. This Louisville Exo Grid baseball bat has a 2 5/8 inch barrel, -3 drop without the synthetic grip, and patented Pro Cup end cap. It has a 31/32 inch tapered handle and meets college and high school BESR bat standards.
