All American Softball, Inc. offers the following Returns Policy:

Please contact us at 916-782-1907 or via email at proshop@softballschool.com to receive authorization for any returns or exchanges.

You may return most new, unopened, unused items sold and fulfilled by All American Softball, Inc. within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All bats must have the original manufacture’s wrapping to be eligible for return or exchange. Clearance, liquidation and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. All sales are final on all clearance, liquidation and sale items.

REFUNDS:
You should expect to receive your refund within 3 to 5 business days of our receipt of your returned product. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the return. Please note shipping charges will not be refunded.

EXCHANGE FOR SAME ITEM:
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please call us at 916-782-1907 to request a replacement.

EXCHANGE FOR DIFFERENT ITEM:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order. Please note shipping charges will not be refunded.

Please note it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our location.

EBAY CUSTOMERS:
Please note that all sales through eBay are final. No returns or exchanges will be allowed on items sold through eBay.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
Please call customer service before placing your order.
